Projects817 brings you a line of handcrafted, made-to-order clothing and decor designed by us and available only at Projects817 Online Store.
All our products are made "on demand" which is a greener and more efficient method - meaning that we reduce the amount of waste generated by Mass Production and minimize our carbon footprint.

It does mean things take a little longer, please allow 5-7 day for production. You will be emailed a tracking number and can expect delivery in about 2-4 weeks.
All of our products are handmade to order and crafted with the highest quality, ethically sourced materials.
Projects817.com is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; You are responsible to file the claim with the shipper. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to a forwarding service or companies. If you place and order and your delivery address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
We are also not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once the package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control

Domestic (United States) Shipping Policy :
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional 2- 4 weeks for transit and delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking :
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes :
Projects817.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages :
Projects817.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
