You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or confirm your email address was entered correctly.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at customerservice@projects817.com. Address changes are only possible while your order is still in early processing.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Each piece is designed with bold visuals, clean construction, and consistent finishing. Orders are inspected before shipping.

Color & Material Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on the material used. The same design printed on different fabrics can vary in tone and texture due to how materials absorb ink and reflect light.

Subtle variations are normal and not considered defects.

30-Day Easy Returns

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are managed directly through your customer account β€” no email approval required.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale & Clearance

Items listed in our Final Sale or Clearance collections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear (including bikinis and swim bottoms) is Final Sale for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve it promptly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Production Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection. Many Projects817 pieces are made to order.

Estimated Delivery

After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local carrier.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to reflect movement.

Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check your delivery area and contact the carrier directly.

Once marked delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled. We’re happy to guide you through next steps if needed.

Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your local authorities. These charges are not collected by Projects817 and are the customer’s responsibility.
