🛒 Ordering & Confirmation

Placing Your Order

Found your perfect style? Select your size or design on the product page, click “Add to basket”, and follow the steps to checkout. Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after checkout. If it doesn’t show up within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or confirm your email address was entered correctly.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@projects817.com. Address changes are only possible while your order is still in early processing.

🕒 Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at customerservice@projects817.com. After that window, your order may already be in production and can’t be changed or canceled.

Many Projects817 items are made to order, meaning your piece is created after you purchase rather than stored in a warehouse. This helps reduce overproduction and allows for careful quality checks — and it also means shipping timelines may be longer than big-box retailers.

Choosing the Right Size

Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering. Don’t rely only on your “usual size,” as fit can vary by style.

Color & Material Notice

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the material used. The same design printed on different fabrics or finishes can vary in tone, depth, and texture due to how each material absorbs ink and reflects light.

If you’re ordering the same design across different materials, keep this in mind — subtle variations are normal and are not considered a defect.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns for Sizing or Change of Mind

If your item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

Payments are typically processed within about 60 minutes of checkout. This short window helps if you need to quickly correct a detail — while still allowing us to begin processing fast.

💸 Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout — we can’t apply them after an order is placed or issue partial refunds for missed codes.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Production Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection (many items are made to order).

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and the courier. Note: delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Tracking My Order

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement after the first scan.

My Package Says “Delivered” but I Don’t Have It

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, building reception, neighbors), confirm your shipping address, and contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Projects817 isn’t responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we’re happy to help guide you through next steps with the carrier if needed.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Depending on your country and local import rules, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by the carrier or your local customs office. These charges are not collected by Projects817 and are the customer’s responsibility.
