Our Process

Your Projects817 piece doesn’t begin on a warehouse shelf. We make it after you choose it.

Instead of producing large amounts of inventory and hoping it finds a home, we create what our community actually wants. It’s a slower approach, but one that gives us the time to focus on the details and keep unnecessary production to a minimum.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. During that time, your piece is made, prepared, and checked before it starts making its way to you.

Made to order isn’t the fastest way to do things — and that’s kind of the point. We’d rather make something because you chose it than make more just for the sake of making more.
