Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or confirm that your email address was entered correctly during checkout.

🕒 Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at customerservice@projects817.com. After that window, your order will already be in production and can’t be changed or canceled.

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection, since every item is handmade to order.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method.

Tracking My Order

Your tracking number will be emailed to you 7–10 business days after placing your order and usually activates within 48 hours of dispatch.
