🌍 Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Each Projects817 piece is handmade to order using high-quality, ethically sourced materials. This approach helps reduce waste and lowers the environmental impact of mass production.

“All good things take time.” Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment. After dispatch, most customers receive their order within 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and method.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days prior to shipping. During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. Standard shipping is free; any upgraded shipping options and costs (if available) will appear at checkout.

✉️ Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 48 hours.

🌐 International Shipping

We currently ship to most major countries, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Projects817 is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any additional charges applied after shipping. All such costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you’re unsure whether your order may incur customs fees, please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Refused Deliveries: If you choose not to accept your package because of customs fees, duties, or taxes, it will be considered a forced return. In this case, no refund will be issued, and Projects817 won’t be responsible for the package once it has been refused or returned to sender.

📬 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Projects817 is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues — these are outside our control.

If an investigation confirms your package was lost in transit, we’ll arrange a complimentary replacement.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials and photos as required by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to forwarding services or addresses.
  • Customs holds and carrier delays are outside our control after dispatch.

🇺🇸 U.S. Domestic Shipping

For U.S. orders, please allow:

  • 7–10 business days for production/processing
  • 2–4 weeks for transit and delivery (varies by destination and method)
