Bayou Static pulls alligator forms through a maze of swirling cream lines, textured scales, deep blue-black, and flashes of rust red. The almost carved, hand-drawn look gives the artwork a restless kind of movement, as if the gators are twisting in and out of the current instead of sitting neatly inside a repeat.
